低温处理对金银花尺蠖卵和蛹的影响 被引量:3

摘要 将金银花尺蠖Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu的卵、蛹分别在5℃和8℃下处理1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d后,放在25℃下培养,研究低温处理对金银花尺蠖卵和蛹的影响。结果表明,低温处理对金银花尺蠖卵的发育历期和孵化率、蛹的发育历期和羽化率均有显著的影响。低温处理后,卵、蛹的发育历期比对照显著缩短,并且随着低温处理天数的增加,发育历期逐渐缩短,差异达显著水平;卵的孵化率和蛹的羽化率比对照也显著下降。经过5℃低温处理1 d、3 d卵的发育历期分别比对照缩短2.86 d、4.73 d;孵化率分别比对照下降了42.34%和49.67%;处理5 d、7 d的卵均不能孵化。经过8℃低温处理1 d、3 d卵的发育历期分别比对照缩短1.25 d、3.00 d;卵的孵化率分别比对照下降了30.35%和45.00%,处理5 d、7 d的卵也均不能孵化。经过5℃低温处理1 d、3 d、5 d的金银花尺蠖蛹的发育历期分别比对照缩短了2.49 d、4.54 d和7.01 d;羽化率分别比对照下降了57.77%、67.84%和78.10%;处理7 d的蛹均不能羽化。经过8℃低温处理1 d、3 d、5 d的金银花尺蠖蛹的发育历期分别比对照缩短了1.33 d、3.54 d和5.49 d;羽化率分别比对照下降了39.45%、58.73%和74.41%;处理7 d的蛹均不能羽化。 Effects of low temperatures(5℃,8℃) on eggs and pupa of Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu was studied by treated 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d. The results showed that,low temperature treatment could affect the egg development duration and hatching rate,pupae development duration and eclosion rate of Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu. The development duration of egg and pupae was significantly shorter than control,it gradually shortened with the increasing of treated time, the difference reached significant level. The hatching rate of eggs and eclosion rate of pupae was also significant lower than control. After treated 1 d and 3 d at 5℃,developmental duration of eggs shortened 2.86 d and 4.73 d respectively;and hatching rate decreased 42.34% and 49.67%. Eggs could not hatch by treated 5 d and 7 d. After treated 1 d,3 d at 8℃,developmental duration of egg shortened 1.25 d,3.00 d respectively than control,hatching rate decreased 30.35% and 45.00%,eggs also could not hatch after treated 5 d and 7 d. After treated 1 d,3 d,5 d at 5℃,developmental duration of pupae shortened 2.49 d,4.54 d and 7.01 d respectively than control,eclosion rate decreased 57.77%,67.84% and 78.10%,pupae could not emergence after treated 7 d. After treated 1 d,3 d,5 d at 8℃, developmental duration of pupae shortened 1.33 d,3.54 d and 5.49 d respectively than control,eclosion rate decreased 39.45%,58.73% and 74.41% than control, pupae could not mergence after treated 7 d.
