摘要
根据对佛经翻译场所建设、译人待遇、译场设官分职的考证,笔者认为,如果能动员各种民间、政府资源、资金,营造人人支持、热爱翻译事业的外部环境,大力加强翻译场馆等硬件设施的投资建设,加强翻译过程的监管,进一步提高翻译工作者的政治、经济待遇,在重大的内翻、外译任务中,能尽量效仿佛经翻译的各种严密分工和管理办法,做到人尽其才、物尽其用,那么,当今中国翻译质量堪忧的现状必将得到大力改善。
Based on the historieat facts of Buddhist translating centers. This paper argues that mobilizing the governmental and non- governmental resources to create a favorite atmosphere for translating, investing more budget into the construction of the translating fa- cilities, strengthening the supervision of translating processes, improving the political and material wellbeings of translators, when some important translating tasks are undertaken, would go a long way to improving translating quality today.
