摘要
本文针对卧式燃煤锅炉改烧木屑燃料后出现的锅炉效率低等一系列问题,通过对一台DZL4-1.25-AⅡ锅炉的燃烧系统进行改造,增加预燃室、设计二次风系统和加装热管式空气预热器等方法使其燃烧系统适于燃烧木屑燃料。改造后锅炉热效率从改造前的61%提高到73%,节能效果显著。
The problem that horizontal coal-fired boilers changed to burn biomass causes low efficiency to the boiler A DZL4-1.25-A Ⅱ boiler combustion system was reformed to fit for the biomass fuel,which includes increasing the pre-combustion chamber,secondary air systems and design installation of heat pipe air preheater for combustion systems.After refrom,the boiler thermal efficiency increases from 61% to 73%,and energy-saving effect is remarkable.
