摘要
运用突变理论刻画组织合法性的复杂动态机制,建立一个比传统线性模型更符合现实情况的理论模型。该模型探索了组织采取操纵策略后所表现出来的合法性的动态变化,描述了操纵策略与合法性水平之间的复杂动态关系。基于这个研究框架,未来的实证研究将有可能逐步揭示出合法化策略发挥作用的过程中突破合法性门槛的影响参数有些什么。在方法论上的贡献在于,为管理学中关乎复杂动态机制的理论如何迈向可实证的模型探索出了一条值得参考的思路。
Investigate the complex dynamic mechanism of organizational legitimacy by catastrophe theory,and establish a theoretical model more matching the reality than traditional linear model.Specifically,the theoretical model explores the dynamic change of organizational legitimacy with the organizational control strategies,and describes the complex dynamic relations between control strategies and level of legitimacy.Based on this research framework,the future empirical research is likely to gradually reveal the process of legalized strategies and the parameters breaking through the legitimacy threshold.The methodological contribution is to explore a worthy of reference way on how to develop a empirical model basing on the complex dynamic mechanism theory.
