交互作用视角下的员工知识分享行为研究

Study on the Employees' Knowledge Sharing Behaviors in the View of Interaction Effects

摘要 基于交互作用视角,探讨了作为环境因素的领导-部属交换与作为个体因素的员工传统性对员工知识分享行为的交互效应,并选取长三角地区的企业员工作为样本进行实证研究。层次回归结果显示:领导-部属交换对员工知识分享行为有显著的正向影响;领导-部属交换与传统性对知识分享的交互效应显著存在,即对低传统性的员工而言,他们之间呈显著的相关关系;而对高传统性的员工而言,相关关系不显著。 The paper examines the impact of leader-member exchange(LMX)on employees’ knowledge sharing (KS)using the answers to the questionnaires and a hierarchical regression analysis of 304 samples of the employees from local firms.The results demonstrate that LMX and KS are significantly correlated;Chinese traditionality has obvious function of adjusting the relationship between LMX and KS.
