目的:探索现代公立医院运用医院资源管理系统信息管理工具,达到符合医药卫生体制改革及医院财务管理要求,进一步提高医院财务管理水平。方法:将财务管理系统与物流系统、固定资产管理系统、人员薪酬管理系统、全成本核算系统及预算管理系统等一体化集成,同时与HIS系统无缝集成。结果:实现了财务管理系统、物流系统、固定资产管理系统、人员薪酬管理系统、全成本核算系统、预算管理系统与HIS系统数据的统一,达到了数据资源共享,保障了财务信息与业务信息的高度同步与一致,确保了财务数据的真实性、准确性、及时性及完整性,提高了财务会计人员工作效率及监督管理水平。结论:在现代公立医院中,医院要持续发展,提高财务管理水平,必须运用现代化信息管理工具:财务一体化即HRP。

Objective： The information management tool of hospital resources plan（HRP） was applied to explore modem public hospital, so as the achieve the requirement of medicine and health mechanism reform and hospital financial management, further promote the level of hospital financial management. Methods： The financial management system, logistics system, fixed assets management system, personnel compensation management system, full cost accounting systems and budgetary management system were integrated and were processed seamless integration with HIS systems at the same time. Results： The integration of financial management system, logistics system, fixed assets management system, personnel compensation management systems, cost accounting systems, budget management system and a unified data HIS system were realized, so as to achieve data sharing of resources, protection of the financial information and business information highly synchronized and consistent to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial data, improving work efficiency and financial accounting staff supervision and management level. Conclusion： In modem public hospitals, the hospital should apply the modem information management tool： financial intergration, the so-called HRP, in order to keep sustainable development and improve financial management level.
