The authors think that the campus newspaper and journal of middle and primary school is important literature that should receive much attention of children library .Through describing the origin and cultural connotation of the campus news-paper and journal of middle and primary school this paper discusses the objective relation between it and children library , the collec-tion , the feasibility of the project research and the secondary literature services of the campus newspaper and journal as the special characteristics of children library.
