文章从"懒人经济"背景下公共图书馆服务过程呈现的机遇进行阐述,公共图书馆服务要在充分发挥自身性能和优势的基础上,着眼于新技术建设和服务转型的定位,确立一理念一平台一模式的建设思路,实施无缝隙全覆盖的网格化管理,完善图书馆资源配置,研究满足"懒人族"个性化需求服务等新策略。

Against the background of lazy economy, this essay states the opportunity presented during the process of public library service.More specifically, on the basis of its own advantages, the public library service should concentrate on considering several new strategies, including orientation of new technology construction and service transformation.It is important to insist on the thinking of“a concept, a platform, and a model” which help distinguish the direction, develop seamless grid management, opti-mize resource allocation of libraries and satisfy the individuation need.
