贞芪扶正胶囊联合HAART治疗艾滋病临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨贞芪扶正胶囊联合HAART治疗艾滋病(AIDS)的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为2组,ZQFZ+HAART组35例使用贞芪扶正胶囊联合HAART治疗,HAART组35例单用HAART治疗,2组疗程均为24周。结果 ZQFZ+HAART组治疗后中性粒细胞下降数、肝功能异常发生率均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),生活质量卡氏评分明显高于HAART组(P<0.05)。治疗12周、24周,2组HIV-RNA转阴率均无明显差异(P均>0.05),但ZQFZ+HAART组CD4+T淋巴细胞计数显著高于HAART组(P均<0.05)。结论贞芪扶正胶囊联合HAART治疗AIDS,能降低HAART药物不良反应,改善生活质量,提高CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,对HIV病毒转阴率无明显影响。
