脱落细胞学诊断已经成为医学领域中重要的信息来源,在各种疾病的早期发现、早期诊断中起着重要作用。传统涂片方法阳性检出率低、诊断的敏感性不高。细胞块技术原理是将样品离心浓缩后固定切片观察,而弥补细胞涂片的不足,具有良好的应用前景。该文对目前细胞块的制作方法、适应范围、与传统涂片相比的优点及存在的问题进行概括和对比,对于细胞块技术在细胞学领域的发展进行思考和展望。

The exfoliative cytological diagnosis has become an important source of information in the field of medicine, playing an important role in the early discovery and diagnosis of disease. Traditional smears have the shortcomings of low positive rate and sensibility in diagnosis. The cell block technology is to fix the samplfor observation after centrifugal thickening,which makes up the disadvantage of ceil smear, and has a good prospect of application. Here is to make a summary of the preparation of cell block and scope of application ,the advantages and problems comparing with the traditional smears, and also pondering and predicting the cell block technology development in cytology.
