腹阴囊鞘膜积液较少见,表现为腹股沟阴囊鞘膜积液经腹股沟管向腹腔内延伸成"葫芦"状。腹阴囊鞘膜积液的症状和体征与阴囊鞘膜积液十分相似。因此,极易误诊而按一般鞘膜积液进行手术,给手术带来困难。该文综述了关于腹阴囊鞘膜积液病因的相关假设、临床诊断依据、相关检查方法、不同手术方式的进展以及不同术式的优缺点。临床医师尤其是小儿外科医师在临床中更应清楚认识本病、避免误诊,同时应采取合理术式治疗本病。

Abdominoscrotal hydrocele is a rare anomaly appeared among children, which has clinical manifestation of giant hydrocele that occupies the scrotum and extends into the abdominal cavity through the inguinal canal and internal inguinal ring as a dumbbell shape. Because its signs and symptoms are the same as common hydroeele, it＇s more likely to be misdiagnosis and bring difficulty to the operation. Here is to make a review of the etiology and diagnostic methods of this disease as well as the cons and pros of different surgical methods. Clinicians especially pediatric surgeons should be able to recognize this disease in clinical practice, so as to avoid misdiagnosis and operate with reasonable method.
