摘要 本文对一款130 kW,转速为31 500 rpm用于空气压缩机的高速永磁电机进行了设计和分析。针对高速电机的设计指标,选择电机材料并采用磁路法计算出电机的各尺寸参数。利用有限元软件对所设计电机进行电磁场分析,同时分析电机的定转子损耗。然后通过分析电机护套材料和永磁体充磁方式,来达到减小电机内部损耗,降低温度,提高电机性能的目的。 This paper describes the design and analysis of a high-speed permanent magnet machines for a 130 kW,31 500 rpm class air compressor. According to the design criterion of high-speed motor,chose the material of motor and calculate the size parameters of the machine with magnetic circuit method. Using finite element software ,the electromagnetic field of this prototype are analyzed and stator and rotor loss are calculated at the same time. And then ,by analyzing the sheath material and magnetization manners of the permanent magnet,to reduce the motor internal loss,reduce the temperature and improve the motor performance.
