摘要 以青岛某印染有限公司印染废水为例,介绍了"混凝沉淀+水解+接触氧化+脱色"的处理工艺。该工艺运行期间,剩余污泥量少,耐冲击负荷、系统安全可靠,运行成本为1.82元/t,出水COD≤450 mg/L,各项水质指标完全符合国家及地方标准。 This article used wastewater from a printing and dyeing company in Qingdao as a case study to illustrate the process of "coagulation, hydrolysis, contact oxidation and bleaching" in water treatment. During the operation of this process, little surplus sludge was produced and the system showed strong resistance to shock loading. The system also showed safety, reliability, and low cost of processing at RMB 1.82 Yuan/ton of water treatment. The effluent COD was ≤450 mg/L. The water quality was in full compliance with national and local standards.
