工作经验对外来务工人员收入差异的影响——基于群体内部异质性的探讨

The Impact of Work Experience on Migrant Workers' Income Difference——Based on the Analysis of Population Heterogeneity

从群体内部异质性的角度考察了工作经验对外来务工人员收入差异的影响。基于对大连市1032名外来务工人员的经验研究,发现工作经验对外来务工人员获得高收入的可能性会依户籍性质或教育程度的不同而产生不同的影响:外来工人与农民工的收入差异随着工作经验的积累呈现出先扩大后缩小的趋势,户籍制度以及由此产生的户籍歧视在很长一段时期内仍将是影响农民工群体收入劣势的一个主要原因;工作经验与教育程度的交互作用对收入的影响呈现出倒"U"型关系,工作经验在一定时期内对高教育程度的外来务工人员收入上升具有显著的动力作用。

From the perspective of population heterogeneity, the research examines the impact of work experience on migrant worke-rs＆#39; income difference. Based on the survey of 1032 migrant workers in Dalian city, the results show that work experience has different effects on possibility of migrant workers＆#39; high income according to their hukou（household registration） or education leve. The income differ-ence between migrant workers with non-agricultural hukou and rural migrant workers enlarges first and dwindles afterward with the accumulation of work experience. The household registration system and the household registration discrimination will still be a major cause of migrant workers＆#39; income inferior in a long period. The interaction of work experience and educational status presents the inverse U-shape curves on migrant workers＆#39; income and work experience has significant effect on the process of rising income of highly educated migrant workers in a certain period of time.
