静电喷涂生产线污水处理方案设计和调试

摘要 介绍了铝合金型材静电喷涂生产线污水处理工艺的方案设计和调试,通过理论分析,很好控制了运行中的药剂的投加量,保证了出水水质的稳定,节约了运行成本。该工程系统自投产运行以来,处理效果稳定,出水各项指标均可达到电镀污染物综合排放标准的要求。 Design and debugging of sewage treatment process using for the production line of aluminum alloy profile electrostatic spraying equipment was introduced.Through the theoretical analysis,reagent dosage during the operation was well controlled,stability of the effluent quality was ensured and the operation cost was saved.Since the system was put into operation,stable treatment effect has been obtained and all the effluent indexes have achieved the electroplating pollutant discharge standards(GB21900-2008).
