国内中医药领域系统评价/Meta分析的现状调查

Current status in the field of traditional Chinese medicine: A systematic review and meta-analysis

目的了解目前国内中医药系统评价／Meta分析的现状。方法在中国知识资源总库（CNKI，1979—2012）中检索相关的中医药系统评价／Meta分析文献，对符合纳入标准的文献，提取相关信息，采用SAS6．12统计学软件进行描述性分析。结果共纳入974篇文献，发表年限为1997-2012年，发文量呈递增趋势。纳入文献来源为期刊论文785篇、硕士论文96篇、会议论文82篇、博士论文11篇，其中期刊涉及210种期刊杂志；获基金项目支持的文献有357篇，占36．65％；纳入文献中有4篇文献第一作者单位来自国外，其余文献按第一作者所属地区统计，共分布在28个省（自治区、直辖市）及港澳台地区，发文数最多的地区为四川，纳入文献第一作者单位最多的是天津中医药大学；每篇文献作者数在l—12人不等，有139人独著：纳入文献以疗效为评价目的的文献最多，为933篇，占纳入文献95．79％；文献共涉及疾病病种18类。结论循证医学在国内中医药领域的推广面比较宽泛，中医药系统评价／Meta分析文献量呈加速增长的趋势，但存在明显的地区分布不均现象，主要集中在经济水平发达、中医药学术基础良好及循证医学中心建立较早的地区。目前中医药研究中研究者最关注的是中药疗效问题，其涉及病种基本涵盖了中医药治疗的优势病种。

Objective To find out the status quo of the systematic reviews/meta - analysis on Chinese medicine in China. Methods The relevant literature of Systematic Reviews or Meta - analysis on the Chinese medicine in the Chinese National knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） from 1979 to 2012 and extract the relevant information of the included studies were retrieved. Descriptive analysis was performed using SAS 6.12 statistical software. Results A total of 974 studies were included from 1997 to 2012, showed an increasing trend of published articles. There were 785 papers, 96 master thesises, 82 conference papers, 11 doctoral dissertations in this study; 357 literatures were supported by the fund project; The first author＇s units of 4 literatures came from abroad, the rest of the literatures by the first author＇ s respective districts, were distributed in 28 provinces （ autonomous regions and municipali- ties directly under the central government）, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, the maximum number of areas was in Sichuan; The number of author was ranging from 1 to 12 each literature. The purpose of most of the in- cluded studies was to evaluate the efficacy; there were 18 kinds of the involving disease. Conclusion The evidence - based medicine on traditional Chinese medicine was popularized widespread in China, the literature amount was accelerating growth trend, but there were obvious phenomenon of uneven distribution areas. Currently the Chinese medi- cal researchers are most concerned about the efficacy of Chinese medicine. Involving diseases basically covered the advantage diseases of Chinese medicine treatment.
