摘要
设计与实现了一个基于线阵CCD的烟卷直径实时监测系统,该系统的硬件由光源、准直系统、线阵CCD和处理电路等部分组成.光源产生的发散光经过被测烟卷后投射到线阵CCD上,获取线阵CCD上的电平信号,使用微分二值化算法对电平信号进行处理,可以得到被测烟卷的直径数据.使用工程样机测试表明,该系统对烟卷直径的测量精度可以达±15μm.
Real-time tobacco diameter monitoring system was designed and implemented. The hardware parts in the system are light source, collimator system, linear CCD and processing circuits. Divergent light generating by light source was projected onto the linear CCD after getting through the cigarettes, then the level signal could be got on the linear CCD. The signal was processed by differential binary algorithm, after that the data of cigarette diameter could be calculated. Engineering prototype was produced and test results showed that the measurement accuracy of cigarettes di- ameter can be reached ±15μm.
