摘要 用不同质量浓度的Basta和卡那霉素作为转基因选择剂,对普通白菜品种(品系)杭州油冬儿和75#幼苗进行处理,以确定筛选转基因植株的最佳浓度。结果表明,杭州油冬儿和75#对Basta敏感性几乎相同,喷施Basta溶液的最适质量浓度均为20 mg/L,且最佳喷施次数为7次;2个品种对卡那霉素略有差异,杭州油冬儿的最佳质量浓度为100 mg/L,75#则为75 mg/L。 Using different concentrations of basta and kanamycin as the transgenic selective antibiotics, the seeding of pak choi variety/line Hangzhou Youdonger and 75# was treated with them so as to determine the best concentration for screening transgenic plants. The results showed that the sensitivity of Hangzhou Youdonger and 75# to basta was almost the same, the optimal concentration of basta solution was 20 mg/L and optimal frequency for spraying was 7 times. However the sensitivity to kanamycin was a little different, the best concentration of kanamycin for Hangzhou Youdonger was 100 mg/L, while for 75# was 75 mg/L. These results will facility the transformation research in pak choi in the future.
