含氨基聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂的合成工艺研究

采用乳液聚合法制备含氨基聚丙烯酸酯粘合剂,并对合成工艺进行优化.优化工艺为:引发剂用量0.6%(对单位总质量,下同),吸水性单体丙烯酸用量3.5%,丙烯酰胺用量5%,聚合反应温度85℃,保温时间3.5 h.

Amino-containing polyacrylate adhesive was prepared by emulsion polymerization technology, and the polymerization technology was optimized. The results showed that the dosage of initiator was 0.6%（on the total mass of monomers, the same below）, the dosage of water-absorbing monomer acrylic acid was 3.5%, and the amount of acrylamide was 5%. The polymerization reaction temperature was 85 ℃, the holding time was 3.5 h.
