阳离子助剂改性棉织物及其染色性能研究

Study on the cationic agent modification of cotton fabric and the dyeing behavior

探讨阳离子助剂对棉纤维改性的最佳工艺条件,评定改性棉纤维活性染料的染色效果.结果表明,改性棉织物采用活性染料无盐染色可获得比未改性棉织物常规加盐染色更高的上染百分率和固色效率,干摩擦牢度均较高且湿摩擦牢度有所提高,因此,阳离子助剂改性的棉织物可实现活性染料无盐染色.

The optimal modification of cationic agent for cotton fabric was discussed and the dyeing ef-fect of modified cotton fabric was evaluated. The results showed that the modified fabric dyed with reactive dyes without salt addition had better dye uptake and fixation effect compared with those of the convention salt addition dyed fabric, and had good dry crocking fastness and improved wet crocking fastness.Cotton fab-ric modified with cationic agent could be dyed with reactive dyes without salt addition.
