从游戏NPC看网络教师的角色定位

摘要 近年来网络学习的浪潮席卷了整个世界,2012更被称为MOOCs元年,然而针对于网络教师的研究却较少。新的技术环境下、新的网络教学模式下,我们有必要对网络教师进行重新的分析与定位,并以再次入选地平线报告的游戏化学习作为分析的切入点,将游戏中同样具有指导与辅助作用的NPC作为分析、比较的参考:分别采用内容分析法和观察法对网络教师角色的定位与电子游戏NPC的形式与功能进行概述,从角色类型、角色功能、社交与动机对二者进行比较分析,试图找出网络学习中网络教师与学习者深度交互的可能性,藉此对当前网络教师的角色定位进行必要的反思并提出一些建议。 Online learning has been sweeping the world over the past two years, and the year 2012 is called the first year of MOOCs. However, research on teachers in online education remains limited. Under the new technological environment and online education model, it is necessary for us to reanalyze and redefine the role of teachers in online education. The re-elected Games and Gamification in the Horizon Report has become an entry point for analysis; NPC, which has the same function of instruction and tutoring, was used as the reference of comparative analysis. Content analysis was used to summarize the role definition and the form of teachers in online learning while the observational survey was used to analyze NPC, and the two were compared regarding the role type, role function, social interaction and motivation, trying to explore the possibility of deep interactions between teachers and learners in online learning and to make necessary reflections and recommendations on the definition of teachers role in the current online learning.
