摘要
面对城市交通资源和环境资源急速减少的严峻形势,南京市按照创建国际化先进城市的要求,为应对交通拥堵和小汽车高速增长,推进"公交都市"理念。通过一系列公共交通政策的整合和实施,大力创建绿色公交走廊、公交枢纽以及一体化公交系统,提高公共交通服务质量,在推行公交优先的同时限制小汽车的过快发展,从而努力构建国家水准的"公交都市",解决城市交通问题,推进南京的可持续发展和支撑城市定位。
In face of the serious situation where urban traffic resources and environmental resources have been drastically reduced, the concept of transit metropolis was put and pushed forward in response to traffic congestion and rapid growth of cars. A series of public transport policies such as green bus corridors, transit hub and integrated public transport systems were established to improve the quality of public transport services. Transit priority was pushed while car was limited to build a national level transit metropolis. It will solve urban traffic problems and support urban positioning and sustainable development.
