目前的地铁运营信息系统主要针对某类专业或事件进行开发和建设,所以尚存不足。依托天津地铁运营公司安全管理的实际业务,在深入调研各站点及线路的安全管控现状基础上,开发地铁运营安全管理信息系统。该系统融合软件工程、计算科学、网络技术、安全系统工程等先进技术,涵盖日常安全管理、风险管控、安全宣教、职业健康卫生、安全资料管理、突发事件应对和事件调查分析七大模块,具有实现企业安全管理的网络化、信息化、无纸化、便捷化和科学化等优点。
The current information system of the metro is developed for some specialties or events and has some insufficiencies. By referring to the Tianjin metro operation company safety management business and security demands of all stations and lines, Tianjin metro operation safety management information system was designed and developed. The system incorporates software engineering, computer science, computer networks, safety system engineering and other advanced technologies, and covers daily safety management, risk management, safety education subsystem, occupation health subsystem, safety information management, emergency response subsystem and incident investigation analysis subsystem. It is safe, networked, information - based, paperless, convenient and scientific for company safety management.
