摘要
T波交替是一种心电变异现象,具体表现为心电信号中T波段形态和幅度逐拍交替变化。传统的谱分析法一般通过拍频域中0.5 cycle/beat的功率谱值来检测T波交替,但在检测过程中不同的对齐方式将影响谱分析T波交替检测结果,因此将基于谱分析方法进行T波交替检测,重点对比研究峰值对齐及点乘最大对齐两种方式,并相应地给出最佳对齐方式,研究可得点乘对齐所测的交替幅度更接近于真实幅度。
T-wave alternans ( TWA) is a variation phenomenon characterized by beat to beat alternation in the morphology and/or amplitude of the T-wave of electrocardiographic .Traditional frequency spectral method (SM) uses the power spectrum at the 0.5 cycle/beat frequency to detect TWA , however, the re-sults are affected by the alignment strategy during detection .Therefore, the work researches on the peak alignment and dot-product alignment affecting TWA detection based on the spectral method and provides the optimum alignment strategy .The research proves that the amplitude based on dot-product alignment estimates TWA more accurately .
