摘要
针对西昌钢钒炼钢厂精炼过程中真空料斗存在的问题,本文提出对合金料斗锥阀连接轴、气缸连接方式以及管式给料机的改进方案。改造后提高了RH设备的稳定性,降低了设备故障停机率,取得了良好经济的效益。
In view of the Xichang refining problems in the process of vacuum hopper.This paper proposes im-provement schemes to connecting shaft of alloy cone valve,cylinder connection and tubing feeder.Transformed equipments improve the stability of RH,reduce downtime rate,and achieve good economic effect.
