摘要
目的探讨中专护理专业学生实习前模拟病例技能演练对提高护理教学质量的效果。方法选择我校2009级秋季入学的护理专业中专3班的49名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方法,2班的46名学生作为实验组,在对照组基础上,在实习前进行模拟病例技能操作综合演练;比较两组学生技能操作考核成绩。结果实验组学生较对照组技能操作成绩有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论中专护理专业学生,实习前模拟病例技能演练,可提高学生护理技能的正确性及操作能力,促进教学相长,提高教学效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of case simulation skill drill in improving nursing teaching quality of polytechnic nursing students before practice. Methods 49 students from class 3 were as the control group receiving the traditional teaching. 46 students from class 2 were as the experimental group, besides of the traditional teaching, receiving the case simulation skill drill before practice: The test score of operating .skill between two groups were compared, Results The operating skill points of the experimental were obviously higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The case simulation skill drill before practice could improve the accuracy of nursing skill and operation, promote the teaching and learning, and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
