小学数学教师专业发展具有独特性和时间性,小学数学教师的学科教学知识(MPCK)是其专业成长的重要标志。在小学数学教师专业发展的众多维度中,MPCK是核心要素,对于促进教师的专业发展作用显著。基于MPCK的视角再认识小学数学教师专业发展应成为重要话题。
The professional development of elementary school mathematics teachers, characterized by teachers' mathematicspedagogical content knowledge ( MPCK), has its own uniqueness and time factor. Of the many dimensions of elementary schoolmathematics teachers' professional development, MPCK is the core element and functions to enhance teachers' professional de-velopment most. It should be an essential issue to re - recognize the professional development of elementary school mathematicsteachers based on MPCK perspective.
