An Analysis on Measuring China's Petrochemical Industry Security Degree

文章用四大类15个指标测算了2012年中国石化产业安全程度,发现2012年中国石化产业安全程度处于较不安全和基本安全状态之间。其主要原因是产业资源因素指数和产业竞争力指数表现不佳。文章提出了促进中国石化产业安全水平的3点建议,即中国要高度重视石油地缘政治稳定,要组织力量积极勘探和开发海上石油资源,要大力提高中国石化产业研发投入水平。

Abstract：This article uses 15 indicators to estimate the safety degree of China＇ s petrochemical industry in 2012. It has been found that the safety degree is on the level between less security and basic security in 2012 ,due to the poor performance of the industrial resource index and the competitiveness index. Then this article puts forward suggestions to pro mote the security level of the petrochemical industry in China, such as attaching more importance to the stability of the oil geopolitical environment, promoting exploration and development of offshore oil resources and improving the technology research level of China＇ s petrochemical industry vigorously.
