个体工作满意度的现状调查分析——以北京C区实地调查结果为例

Research of the Current Situation of Individual' s Job Satisfaction——Taking C District of Beijing as An Example

本文以北京C区的问卷调查和座谈等实地调查为基础,研究发现该区被调查的中小学教师及医生满意度水平显著偏低,该类人群的工作态度应该受到有关部门的重视;鉴于问卷调查结论与访谈、观察内容存在显著差异,建议不要拘泥于问卷调查,而应采用多种方法加深对个体工作满意度的了解,这将有利于为管理实践提供指导思路。

Abstract：Based on the field survey of former questionnaire and informal discussion carried out in C district of Bei- jing,it has been found cantly lower than other vant department of the that the satisfaction levels of teachers （in primary and secondary schools） and doctors are signifirespondents area, therefore, their attitude towards work should gain more attention from relegovernment. Moreover, the survey result is obviously different from the observation result gained in informal discussions, implying that more methods should be considered during the research, which can bring different perspectives and provide guidance ideas for management practices
