文章认为,我国农村社会是文化网络社会,农村社会的发展以及农民的生活是依赖于农村社会文化网络体系的,城镇化对农村社会生活提出了挑战,使农村社会文化网络失去了平衡。农村基层组织是社会文化网络中一个重要的构成要素,对农村文化网络能够起到维护和修补作用。目前农村基层组织发展困难重重,国家应从制度上保障和支持各类基层组织的发展,为农村社会文化网络的平衡与稳定创造有利条件,从而促进城镇化过程中城乡社会和谐发展。

As China＇s rural society is the culture network society, urbanization poses challenges to the rural social life, making the rural social culture network out of balance. Rural grass-root organizations are adhesives of the dynamic balance, and grass- root organizations maintenance and repair of the rural culture network. However, rural grass - root organizations show slow development, the country should safeguard and support the development of grass-roots organizations, and create favorable conditions for rural social culture network, so as to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural society in the process of urbanization.
