温州市城镇化与经济协调发展的思考——以城乡统筹为视角

Study on the Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Economy in Wenzhou City—From the Perspective of Urban-rural Integration

城镇化应与地方经济发展相协调,尤其应注重城乡统筹发展。文章通过分析温州市城镇化的现状和存在的问题,从城乡统筹视角提出发展农村经济是缓解城乡二元结构问题、提高城镇化水平的前提,通过加强土地管理、解决城镇化发展中农村劳动力转移等工作,促进城镇化进程中的城乡统筹协调发展。

Urbanization should coordinate with the local economic development and pay attention to urban-rural integrated development particularly. By analyzing the present situation and problem of Wenzhou urbanization, this paper from the perspective of urban-rural integration, put forward some views like developing the rural economy is the premise to relieve the problem of urban-rural dual structure and improve the level of urbanization. Then, though strengthening the Land Management or solving the problem of agricultural labor transference in the development of urbanization to promote the coordinated development of urban-rural integration in the process of urbanization.
