摘要
人民大厦采用了钢筋混凝土框架一剪力墙结构,是具有高位大跨连接体、楼板局部不连续、平面凸凹不规则、楼板局部转换等不规则项的超限高层建筑。在10~11层采用钢桁架将两侧U形核心筒连接,关键构件的抗震性能目标设定为“中震弹性、大震不屈服”。采用SATWE软件进行了小震、中震计算及弹性时程分析计算,采用MIDAS/Gen软件进行了小震下计算复核,采用ABAQUS软件进行大震下的弹塑性分析计算;采取在u形核心筒墙体内附加竖向钢斜撑及在连接体内附加水平支撑桁架加强其整体性等加强措施,使本工程达到了抗震设计预期性能目标。
The People Building adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, which is an out-of-code high-rise building with some structure irregularities of high-position large-span connecting body, floor partial discontinuity, irregular convex plane and floor partial conversion. The U-shaped reinforced concrete core walls at both sides of the building were connected by steel trusses from the tenth to the eleventh floor, and seismic performance targets of key components were set as " keeping elastic under the moderate earthquake and not yielding under the rare earthquake". SATWE software was used to conduct the analysis under the frequent earthquake and the moderate earthquake as well as the elastic time-history analysis. MIDAS/Gen software was used to check the calculations under the frequent earthquake. ABAQUS software was used to carry out dynamic elasto-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. Some measures were taken to strengthen the overall stability, such as adding vertical steel braces in the U-shaped reinforced concrete core walls and adding horizontal bracing trusses in the connecting body, so that the expected seismic performance targets could be achieved.
