Design and analysis of large-span steel-concrete gymnasium structure

摘要 采用整体建模计算与局部建模计算相结合的方式,对某大跨度体育馆钢-混凝土混合结构进行了结构分析和设计,探讨了钢结构与混凝土结构协同工作机制。通过对3种模型计算结果的分析得出,建立整体模型对于整体结构设计而言是很有必要的,而对于钢屋盖设计,在合理考虑下部支撑以及支座刚度后,可以单独建立模型进行计算。大跨连续网架的大小跨相接位置的支座承受拉力,可采用滑动球铰支座,并重新定义支座水平刚度,以修正初始模型。钢屋盖对基础沉降比较敏感,基础设计时遵循支撑钢屋盖的框架柱下多布桩、其余框架柱下尽量少布桩的原则,以减小支撑钢屋盖的框架柱基础的沉降值及相邻基础的沉降差。体育馆结构超长,设计时考虑温度作用对构件内力的影响,采取了多种措施以减小温度作用和收缩变形对钢筋混凝土结构的不利影响。 In combination of an overall model and a local model calculation, a large-span steel-concrete gymnasium structure was analyzed and designed, and the cooperative work mechanism of steel structure and concrete structure was discussed. Based on the calculation results of three models, it is very necessary to establish an overall model for the overall structure design, and in the design of steel structure roof, in consideration of the lower support and bearing stiffness, it is feasible to establish a model individually. The cross connection of large and small span bears tensile stress in the large-span continuous truss structure, so the spheric hinge supports were adopted, and the bearing horizontal stiffness was redefined to revise the initial model. In consideration that the steel structure roof is relatively sensitive to the foundation settlement, a rule of more piles under frame columns supported by steel roof and less piles under the other frame columns applied in the design to reduce the foundation settlement values of the frame columns supported by steel roof and the differential settlements of adjacent foundations. Considering the super-long structure of the gymnasium and the effect of temperature on the component stress, many kinds of measurements were taken in the structural design to reduce the adverse effects of temperature and shrinkage deformation on the reinforced concrete structure.
