摘要
厘清低碳发展的影响因素是推进低碳发展重要基础。通过结构方程模型,本文凝练出经济、科技、环境、生态等影响低碳发展的因素,认为低碳经济与低碳科技、低碳环境、低碳生态之间具有显著的正向关系;低碳科技与低碳环境、低碳生态之间具有正相关关系。因此,只有把握各指标之间的相互影响与因果关系,准确定位关键影响因素,才是有效提高低碳发展能力的关键所在。政策实践中应从产业结构低碳化、推动低碳技术进步、倡导低碳生活方式、加强生态保护力度、增加绿化覆盖率等方面着手推动低碳发展。
To verify the factors that affect low -carbon development is the most essential way to promote the low -carbon industry de- velopment. Through the structural equation model, this thesis concisely indicates the factors such as economy, science and technology environment and ecology which basically impact the low- carbon development. The thesis argues that there is a significantly positiverelationship between low- carbon economy, low- carbon technology, low- carbon environment and low - carbon ecology. Therefore, to grasp the correlations and causalities of all the indexes so as to accurately determine the major influential factors is the crux to effectively enhance the capability of low - carbon development. In policy practices, low- carbonized development should be strengthened through some aspects such as low- carbonization of industrial structures, the promotion of low -carbon technological progress, the advoeation of low- carbon life, the strengthening of ecological protection, and the increase of the green coverage ratio, etc.
