摘要
中国企业跨国联盟能力是一个复杂的能力系统,分为基础层、操作层和环境适应层。可以采用模块化方式,从纵向与横向视角,构建中国企业跨国联盟能力评价指标体系,选择扩展的德尔菲法和层次分析法分别作为评价指标的赋值与赋权方法。中国企业跨国联盟能力的大小,可划分为很小、小、中等、大、很大5个等级。根据所构建的评价指标体系,从强化联盟的基础能力、提高联盟的运营能力、增强联盟的环境适应能力3方面提出了提升中国企业跨国联盟能力的策略。
The capability of cross- border alliance (CCBA) of Chineseenterprises is a complex ability system, which includes the foundation, operation and environmental adaptation. In this paper, by utilizing the module method, from the vertical and horizontal perspectives, we research the issues of Chinese enterprises' CCBA, build an evaluation index system, and choose extended Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the determination methods of evaluation indexes' scores and weights respectively. The size of Chinese enterprises' CCBA can be divided into five grades: very weak, weak, medium, strong andvery strong. Based on the evaluation index system, we point out that the improving tactics of Chineseenterprises' CCBA are to strengthen the basic capabilities, increase the operational capabilities and enhance the environmental adaptation capabilities.
