摘要
通过对重庆莱得快美食文化公司的案例分析,展现了一个微型企业持续成长的演变过程。由此得知,知识与经验、创业能力、创业战略为影响微型企业成长的要素;市场机会、市场进入和市场竞争为三个关键环节。微型企业要通过创业获得成长,则要靠拼凑方法以充分利用自身有限的资源,克服资源不足的劣势;要靠不断创业学习积累经验与知识,提升能力,促进产品和管理方式创新;要靠有效的创业战略理念在市场竞争中战胜对手,实现持续发展。
Through a case analysis of Chongqing Laidekuai Fast Food Company, which shows the evolution of the sustainable growth of a mini enterprise, we found that the elements of influencing minienterprise growth are knowledge& experience, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial strategies. Meanwhile, for mini enterprises, market opportunity, market entry and market com- petitionare very crucial. Therefore, to achieve sustainable development, mini enterprises make full use of their limited re- sources and overcome the disadvantages of insufficient resources, accumulate experience and knowledgeby constant en- trepreneurial learning to promote product and management innovations, and improve their abilitiesby effective business strategy in market competition.
