基于DEA的中部六省经济效率分析

提高经济效率,既是贯彻落实科学发展观的要求,也是保持经济持续快速增长、实现中部崛起的重要条件。本文通过运用DEA方法,对中部六省2000—2012年间的经济效率进行了测算和比较,并分析了影响中部六省经济效率的因素。研究结果显示:中部六省的经济效率都处于较高水平,其中纯技术效率要高于规模效率。而在影响中部六省经济效率的因素中,产业结构、政府对经济的干预程度、对外开放及人力资本对中部六省经济效率的影响各不相同,既有正效应,也有负效应,而且影响程度不一。

To improve the economic efficiency is not only a requirement of carrying out the Scientific Development View, but also an important condition to maintain sustained and rapid economic growth and to achieve the rise of central China. In this paper, through the use of DEA method, we calculate and compare the economic efficiency of the central six provinces in China from 2000 to 2012, and then analyze the factors that influence the economic efficiency of the central six provinces. The results show that all of the central six provinces are at a high level of economic efficiency, and the pure technical efficiency is higher than the scale efficiency. Among the factors that influence the economic efficiency of these provinces, the impacts of industrial structure, the degree of government intervention in the economy, the degree of opening to the outside world and human capital on the economic efficiency of the central six provinces are not identical, which have both positive and negative effects and also different degrees of influence.
