摘要
本文首先运用DEA数据包络分析法的BC2模型,以我国18家高速公路上市公司为研究对象,结合行业特点选取相关数据,建立投入产出指标体系,对研究对象的综合技术效率、纯技术效率及规模效率进行量化计算。其次,运用DEA-MalmquistDEA Malmquist生产力指数,针对2011-20132011 2013年这18家上市公司的面板数据进行动态分析。结合以上两部分研究结果,对整个高速公路行业的绩效进行分析,得出结论:目前,我国高速公路行业整体绩效水平偏低,处于DEA有效的公司还比较少,同时东部、中部、西部、东北部四大区域高速公路行业的绩效差距较大,规模效率都有待提升;2011-20132011 2013年间,得益于技术进步及规模收益的提高,各高速公路上市公司的绩效有所改善。最后,结合实际提出了通过吸引交通量、调整规模以达到规模经济、加强成本管理水平等一些建议。
Using the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the BC2 model, combining with the characteristics of highway listed companies, and selecting eighteen listed highway companies in our country as the research object, this paper sets up the appropriate input and output index system to evaluate the eighteen companies' performances from 2011 to 2013, basedon which, we can analyze the performance of the entire highway industry. Then, based on DEA - Malmquist index evaluation method, it conducts the performance changes of the highway industry for dynamic analysis of eighteen listed highway com- panies from 2011 to 2013. Results show that the highway sector' overall performance level is low and the number of DEA - efficient companies is also less. At the same time, there are big gaps among the eastern region, the central region, the western region and the east- northern region, so the scale efficiency should be improved. From 2011 to 2013, owing to the im- provement of technology and the increase of the scale efficiency, the efficiency of highway industry has been im- proved. Finally, the paper puts forward some practical suggestions including attracting a more significant volume of the traf- ties, adjusting the size to achieve scale economies and strengthening the cost management level.
