摘要
通过粘土与莫来石粉末的混合,采用聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂,制备耐高温复合原型材料。通过力学性能分析、焙烧后收缩率研究以及焙烧后微观形貌分析等,表明制备的耐高温原型复合材料具有素坯弯曲强度高以及焙烧后收缩率小的良好性能,适合于等离子熔射制模技术中耐高温原型的直接快速制造。
High temperature resistant composite material of prototype was prepared by mixing clay and mullite powder, and PVA was used as a binder. Through analysis of mechanical properties, baking shrinkage and microstructure, it showed that the prepared high temperature resistant prototype composite material has high bending strength, low baking shrinkage, and is suitable for directly and rapidly manufacturing high temperature resistant prototype.
