摘要
使用水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)为主要原料合成水泥助磨剂。结果表明,当HPMA与MPEG质量比为2∶1、反应时间为5h时助磨效果最佳。当所合成助磨剂的掺量为0.1%(质量分数)时,0.08mm筛余大幅降低,休止角减小,助磨效率高,继续增加掺量对助磨效率提高不明显。所合成聚羧酸助磨剂可以提高水泥砂浆流动度,而且对早期胶砂强度提高明显,对后期强度提高不明显。
A kind of cement grinding aid was synthesized, which used hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride( HP- MA) and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether(MPEG) as major raw materials. The results show that grinding aid have the best effect when the mass ratio of HPMA and MPEG was 2 : 1, and reaction time was 5 hours. When grim ding aid content is 0. 1wt% of total grinding materials, 0.08 mm sieve residue significantly reduced, angle of repose decreased, and the grinding efficiency was high. However, when grinding aid content continued to increase, the grin- ding efficiency was not improved significantly. The synthesized grinding aid can improve the fluidity of cement mortar and also significantly improve the early mortar strength.
