摘要
以劳动争议为主的社会纠纷已成为社会管控、建构和谐的主要障碍。文章认为在劳动争议解决的多元化路径之中,劳动调解是富有实效的第一道防线,而完善劳动调解协议效力设定处于劳动调解制度构建的核心位置。增强调解协议的"效力",有利于发挥劳动调解的效率价值和正义价值。
Social disputation in which the labor disputation is the core content has been main obstacle to build harmony society and implement social governance.In multi-methods of labor disputation solution,labor reconciliation is the most effective method.The perfection of labor reconciliation effectiveness lies in the core position during the building of labor reconciliation institution.The improvement of reconciliation agreement effectiveness will benefit to realize the value of justice and effectiveness in labor reconciliation.
