摘要
本文利用我国2005-2010年投入产出表测算工业部门三类大气污染物(SO2、工业烟尘、工业粉尘)的进出口含污量。结果显示,就这三类污染物而言,我国工业出口含污量均大于进口含污量,我国负担了额外的环境成本。但是,出口和进口的含污量都在大幅度下降,经过因素分解,发现技术进步因素对贸易含污量的减少作用超过了贸易规模因素对贸易含污量增加的作用,贸易结构因素的作用还比较小。因此,要加大清洁生产技术的使用,降低单位污染排放,同时要优化产业和贸易结构。
This paper calculates the pollutant emission coefficients of China's industries and the amount of pollutant emission embodied in China's international trade between 2005 and 2010 based on the input-output model. Furthermore,the paper analyzes the effects of technical, trade scale and trade structure factors using LMDI. The pollutant emission embodied in China's export exceeds that in China's import, and the emissions both embodied in export and import declined during 2005-2010. The effect of technical factors is larger than that of trade scale factors; however, the effect of trade structure factors is small.
