摘要
结合建筑工程质量检测市场的现状,对我国产品质量监督抽查制度和实施工程质量监督检测制度的必要性进行了研究,分析了建筑工程质量监督检测存在的难点问题,提出建立建筑工程质量监督检测制度的一些构想。
With the status of construction quality testing market, studied on the necessary of our country＇s products supervision and spot check system and implementing engineering quality supervision and test system, analyzed the difficulties of engineering quality supervision and test,provided some conceives of setting up engineering quality supervision and test system.
