调脂稳斑汤联合络活喜治疗难治性高血压60例

Tiaozhi Wenban Decoction Combined with Amlodipine Treated Refractory Hypertension for 60 Cases

目的观察调脂稳斑汤联合络活喜治疗难治性高血压的临床效果。方法实验组60例高血压患者,口服络活喜5mg,1次/d,调脂稳斑汤50ml,2次/d;对照组60例高血压患者,口服络活喜5 mg,1次/d。试验过程中两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应,心率均在58次/min以上。结果两组降压疗效比较,实验组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率71.6%,实验组降压效果明显优于对照组。结论应用调脂稳斑汤联合络活喜治疗难治性高血压比单独应用络活喜效果显著提高。

Astract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaozhi Wenban decoction combined with amlodipine in the treatment of refractory hypertension. Methods 60 cases of hypertension patients in experimental group,oral amlodipine 5 mg,1 /d,lipid Wenban soup 50ml,2 /d;A control group of 60 cases of hypertension patients,oral amlodipine 5 mg,1 /d.The test of two groups of patients had no serious adverse reactions,the heart rate was 55 times more than /min.Results Comparison of the efifcacy of antihypertensive two groups,experimental group total effectiveness 95%,the comparison group total effectiveness 71.6%,the experimental group hypotensive effect was better than the control group.Conclusion Combination of lipid Wenban soup /amlodipine in the treatment of refractory hypertension than single application of amlodipine can signiifcantly improve the treatment outcome.
