温针配合整脊手法治疗腰椎退行性滑脱症50例

目的研究温针配合整脊手法用于治疗腰椎退行性滑脱症的临床疗效与价值。方法选取就诊于我院骨伤推拿科腰椎退行性滑脱症患者100例。根据随机分组原则分为药物组及综合组。其中药物组患者50例,给予常规药物及腰椎牵引手法;综合组50例患者使用温针配合整脊手法进行治疗,包括针刺三焦俞、气海俞以及徒手牵引、滚法等。比较经不同方式治疗后总有效率、症状缓解时间及治疗满意程度等指标。结果总有效率比较显示综合组患者经治疗总有效率为100%显著优于药物组患者84.0%;症状缓解时间进行比较显示综合组症状缓解时间显著优于单纯使用药物及日常护理组患者(P<0.05);经不同方式治疗后综合组总体满意人数显著多于药物组(P<0.05)。结论使用温针配合整脊手法用于治疗腰椎退行性滑脱症疗效显著。温针可发挥温补肾阳、强筋健骨、通络止痛功效;整脊手法可有效缓解肌肉损伤、舒筋活络、活血止痛;两种方法联合使用可对失养部位发挥温煦、濡养作用,能够改善症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高疾病治疗效率,加快患者恢复速度,显著改善生活质量。
