改良百会压灸配合耳穴压豆治疗虚寒型颈性眩晕30例

Clinical Observation of Improved Moxibustion pressure Baihui and Auricular points Plaster Treat Cervical Vertigo with Deficiency-cold Syndrome

目的观察改良百会压灸配合耳穴压豆治疗虚寒型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例虚寒型颈性眩晕患者随机分为改良百会压灸配合耳穴压豆组和基础西药组,治疗一疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况及经颅彩色多普勒检查双侧椎动脉及基底动脉平均血流速度的改变。结果治疗组的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(76.66%)(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者椎动脉及基底动脉的血液平均流速较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论改良百会压灸配合耳穴压豆治疗虚寒型颈性眩晕疗效显著,是治疗虚寒型颈性眩晕的有效方法,值得推广。

Objective observe the therapeutic effects of improved moxibustion pressure Baihui and auricular points plaster treating cervical vertigo with deficiency-cold syndrome.Methods 60 patients are randomly divided into improved moxibustion pressure Baihui and auricular points plaster group and basic medicine group.Therapeutic effects are observed after one coure of treatment.Results the effect of group is better than group, P〈0.05.Conclusion The therapy of improved moxibustion pressure Baihui and auricular points plaster that have good effects for cervical vertigo with deficiency-cold syndrome is worth spreading.
