HPLC法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Gucixiaotong Capsule by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量。方法色谱柱:Thermo C18(4.6×250mm,5m),流动相:甲醇-水(54:46),流速:0.8ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:300nm^([1])。结果欧前胡素在0.07595μg^0.45570μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.2%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可有效地控制骨刺消痛胶囊的质量。

Objective Determination of imperatorin in gucixiaotong capsule by HPLC. Methods chromatographic column： Thermo C18 （4.6×250mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase ： methanol-water （54：46）, flow rate： 0.8ml.min-1, column temperature： 30 ℃, detection wavelength： 300nm. Results Irnperatorin in 0.07595 μg--0.45570μg range and peak area had a good linear relationship （r=0.9998）; the average recovery was 98.1%, RSD was 0.2% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and can effectively control the quality for gucixiaotong capsules.
