建筑业十项新技术已将"预制混凝土装配整体式结构施工技术"划入其中,可见预制工业化生产对建筑业发展方向的指引十分明确。以预制装配式结构在沈阳市地铁·丽水新城一期(公租房)工程中的应用为例,阐述了预制装配式结构施工的重点、难点及关键施工技术。最后分析了预制装配式结构的经济效益和应用前景。

The ten new technologies of construction industry include the precast concrete construction technology,which means the guide of the prefabricated industrial production for development direction of construction industry is very clear. Taking the prefabricated structure used in Shenyang Metro Lishui New City（ public housing） project as example,this paper elaborates the keys,difficulties and key construction technologies for the prefabricated structure. Finally,the economic benefits and application prospects of prefabricated structure are analyzed.
