摘要
蜗壳混凝土结构施工是CPR1000 PX泵站土建施工的重点及难点。在目前的CPR1000核电站中蜗壳模板的形式有钢质蜗壳模板、木质蜗壳模板、预制混凝土蜗壳模板。结合宁德核电站1,2号PX泵站预制混凝土蜗壳模板的施工工艺,将预制混凝土蜗壳模板与钢质蜗壳模板、木质蜗壳模板进行对比,阐述使用预制混凝土蜗壳模板的利弊,及提高泵站蜗壳施工质量的建议。
Construction of concrete structure of volute is emphasis and difficulty in CPR1000 PX pumping station construction. In the current,the volute formwork applied in CPR1000 nuclear power station in the form of steel volute formwork,wooden volute formwork and precast concrete volute formwork. Combined with the No. 1 and No. 2 PX pump station precast concrete volute formwork construction process of Ningde nuclear power station,this paper briefly compares precast concrete volute formwork and steel volute formwork or wooden volute formwork,then describes the advantages and disadvantages of using precast concrete volute formwork,and provides suggestion to improve the construction quality of combined pump volute.
