摘要
阐述了精益建造的一个重要工具——最后计划者体系(LPS)的理论基础,分析了传统项目计划管理和控制的缺陷,探讨了改进的方法,并结合案例分析了LPS在工程项目计划管理和控制方面的优势。实证表明LPS的运用使得项目的工作流更加稳定,通过滚动性的前瞻性计划、周生产计划等的实施、PPC值的检验、滞后原因分析及反馈机制,大大提升了项目的生产效率及稳定性,达到了预期效果。
This paper elaborates the theoretical foundation of LPS,which is one of the important tools of the lean construction. It also analyzes the defect of traditional programs management and control,discusses the improved method and researches the advantages of LPS in project management and control through a case. The empirical evidence shows that the use of LPS making the workflow of the program more stable. It greatly enhances the production efficiency and stability and finally achieved the expected results by implementing the rolling forward plan and week production schedule,testing the outcome of PPC,analyzing the reason of the lag and the feedback mechanism.
